FAQ

Questions about the solutions

How is the Grafex signature applied?

An invisible signature suited to your printing method is placed inside the existing design; the production line and the print process do not change.

Does it suit our printing method?

The signature is prepared for your packaging's existing printing method. Suitability is assessed during the needs analysis using the print file and a sample pack.

Does a copied pack carry the signature?

No. The signature does not carry over to copied packaging, so a copy does not appear genuine on verification.

Can verification happen in our own app?

Yes. Grafex can be delivered as a white-label app published under your brand's name and look. If you already have a mobile app, verification is added to it with an SDK; verification records are passed to your ERP and other enterprise systems through an API.

Does Grafex run in the cloud or can it be installed on-premise?

Both are possible. Grafex can run in the cloud; if the records need to stay in your own infrastructure, it is installed on-premise.
